Fast Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups of milk
  • 2 3/4 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon fast cooking oats
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 3/4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 2 3/4 teaspoons butter
  • Pancake syrup

Method

Step 1

In a microwave, put 1 2/3 cup of milk. Warm in microwave for about 2 minutes or until fizzy.

Step 2

Mix in the fast cooking oats. Combine baking powder, flour, salt, brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon simultaneously in a bowl.

Step 3

Beat eggs, vanilla extract and melted butterin a separate bowl.Put 1/3 cup milk.

Step 4

Whisk to combine the three mixtures. Heat butter on a skillet . Pour about 1/2 cup of batter.

Step 5

Cook pancakes for five minutes.

Step 6

Serve !
