Healthy protein marshmallow recipe
We will provide the recipe to prepare healthy protein marshmallow. The recipe is for 27 marshmallows servings of 1.2 inch by 1.2 inch each, the equivalent of 3cm by 3cm. This recipe is very easy to prepare and it is gluten free.
Add the gelatin and warm water and mix them in a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients and whisk them by hand or with an electric whisker for about 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and refrigerate for about 1.5 hour. Take out the mixture of the loaf tin and cut the marshmallow block to 27 pieces. If you prefer you can top each marshmallow with honey, cocoa powder, or shredded coconut.
