Fast Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe

Directions:

1. In a microwave, put 1 2/3 cup of milk
2. Warm in microwave for about 2 minutes or until fizzy.
3. Mix in the fast cooking oats
4. Combine baking powder, flour, salt, brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon simultaneously in a bowl.
5. Beat eggs, vanilla extract and melted butterin a separate bowl.
6. Put 1/3 cup milk.
7. Whisk to combine the three mixtures.
8. Heat butter on a skillet
9. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter.
10. Cook pancakes for five minutes.
11. Serve

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 20 minutes
Ready in : 30 minutes
